| This is the earliest American Rolling Stones concert poster known to exist. Hard to believe, but the show was actually cancelled due to lack of interest (poor ticket sales). Even Murray the K couldn't pack em in for this show. I'm not positive, but this is most likley the only Rolling Stones concert poster to be cancelled for lack of interest. Tour posters from their first US tour are extremely rare since the group was relatively unknown at the time. If you run into any early Stones posters, please let me know - I always have a strong interest in adding to the collection, |
